Want more of the same?
One of my favorite blogs is the Huffington Post. As I browsed their blog tonight the headlines they had at the top of the page says it all. May question to you is, do you want more of the same? The same what?
Her headlines read:
Rick Davis, John McCains campaign manager says "This election is not about issues This election is about a composite view of what people take away from these candidates."
Is that what you believe? If so then vote for McCain or Palin. Remember it is their party that is responsible for every headline posted above.
Her headlines read:
- Highest Unemployment Rate In Five Years
- Housing Crisis
- Stretched Military
- Resurging Taliban
- Energy Drought
- Never-Ending War
- Growing Nuclear Enemies
- Global Warming
- Lack Of Health care
- Under performing Schools

Phony ‘thrown away’ American Flags story
Carl Cameron of FOX claims, "The campaign says the flags (McCain's campaign accused Democrats of throwing away 12,000 American flags) were recovered from Invesco Field after the Democrats concluded their convention there," Fox News reported, "and they are going to be used as part of the warm-up ceremonies before McCain takes the stage" for a rally in Colorado Springs, Col."
Today the DNC responded:
Today the DNC responded:
“American flags were proudly waved by the 75,000 people who joined Barack Obama at the Democratic Convention. John McCain should applaud that, but instead his supporters wrongfully took leftover bundles of our flags from the stadium to play a cheap political stunt calling into question our patriotism. On the same day he agrees to join Barack Obama at Ground Zero on September 11, John McCain attacks the patriotism of Obama supporters who so proudly waved the American flag at our historic event in Denver just days ago.”

Josh Marshall 'She is not ready'
The title of this blog is a parphrase. Nevertheless, it is what Mr. Marshall insinuated. I totally agree. She is not ready to be interviewed simply because she is a lightweight. She would make a mistake right now. Pure and simple.
As Mr. Marshall brought out, Rick Davis said it is their campaign to run. I agree. He goes on to say for all people, including myself to just stop complaining and shut up and take it for what it is.
I personally think that the strategy by the McCain campaign is the wrong strategy to take. There is not a lot time left. She can be coached only so much before they let her loose. She will make mistakes anyway. McCain does and he has years of 'experience.'
And heaven forbid should John get elected and something happen to him that causes Sarah to be president of the US, the Republicans can't hide her then!
I don't think the people paying attention to this, will be fooled. She is not ready. Sixty days won't prepare her either.

Chris Wallace Fact-Checks Sarah Palin’s Bogus ‘Bridge To Nowhere’ Claims
Today on Fox News Sunday:
WALLACE: During her 1.5, 2 years as Governor, Alaska continued to get more federal money for pork-barrel projects per capita than any state in the country and…she supported the Bridge to Nowhere. And it was only after the federal government dropped it out, killed it, the Congress killed it that she then opposed it. And in fact she still got the money for the approach, the ramp to the Bridge to Nowhere.
Late Night George Jones- He stopped loving her today.
Quite possibly the best country song ever written and performed.
One of my all time favorites.
